Hi Andrea, I’m from Brazil and now living in UK. I listened to all your podcasts, now I’m up to date always waiting for the next one.

I have some questions about the format of the TOEFL test.

    – In the listening part, is possible to listen the audio more than one time?
    – I need to achieve a grade 7 in each part. If I fail in just one part, I need to retake all the test, or just the part that I failed?
    – Can you make an episode explaining the format of the 4 parts?

      Great questions, Tiago!

      – Yes, you can listen as many times as you’d like!
      – You will need to retake the entire test, sadly.
      – We don’t have an episode like this, but we unpack everything you need to know in our Complete TOEFL Prep Course

Hi, my name is Nora. Originally I’m from Hungary, but currently I’m living in the UK. I’d like to speak like a native English, but due to the several dialects, that anyway I find really interesting, I cannot improve as much as I would like. I feel that I need to learn in another way.

      Hi Nora!
That’s an interesting perspective that the various dialects are causing you difficulty. My perspective is that since you live in the UK, you can have an opportunity to be around a lot of native speakers who can help you practice. Even if you have had frustrations in the past, you can always renew your commitment to English study and grow quickly. I’m happy to be a small part of your journey!

    Hi,
I’m Nora, originally from Hungary, but nowadays living in the UK. I’d like to speak English as a native, so that I could find better opportunities. Anyway, apart from that, I love to learn foreign languages in my spare time, and I beleive that good knowledge can build small bridges immediately between people from even different countries.
